Rather than focus on product news, we decided to position Ricoh as a leader in technology solution thinking — featuring products and capabilities that result in enhanced personal and business benefit. Our lifestyle themed ‘The List’ debuted at the end of 2015 and continues to provide customers with useful content on a regular basis, driving engagement and touchpoint that reenforce strategic brand positioning.
